Tintash, Inc., doing business as Camaradly, and its affiliates (collectively, “Camaradly”, “we” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. Camaradly provides an employee-first performance platform in order to help remote individuals grow faster in their careers. This Privacy Policy will explain how Camaradly uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website (the “Site”) and our online services, including the Camaradly platform (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information relating to Camaradly’s employment-related activities.

By accessing or using our Site and Services, you signify that you have read, understood and agreed to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

You directly provide Camaradly with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you register online on the Site and subscribe to our Services, voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email, and use or view the Site via your browser's cookies.

Types of data we collect
  1. Personal Identification Information

    We may collect personal identification information from you in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when you visit the Site, create an account on the Site to log-in and use our Services (the “Account”), upload information on your Account, fill out a form, respond to a survey, or in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on the Site. You may be asked for your name, email address, phone number, and company name. We will collect personal identification information from you only if you voluntarily submit such information to us. Although you are not obliged to provide your personal identification information, it may prevent you from engaging in certain Site-related activities.

    We may collect your non-personal identification information whenever you interact with the Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about your means of connection to the Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized, and other similar information.

    Camaradly may also collect other information from you, such as IP addresses. This information is logged to diagnose technical problems and to administer the Site in order to constantly improve the quality of our services.We may also obtain information about you from other sources, including through third party services. For example, if you access our Services through a third-party application such as a third-party login service, we may collect information about you from that third-party application that you have made public via your privacy settings. Information we collect through these services may include your name, your user identification number, your user name, location, gender, birth date, email, profile picture, and your contacts stored in that service. This supplemental information allows us to verify information that you have provided to us and to enhance our ability to provide you with information about our business, products, and Services.

How will we use your data?

Camaradly uses the information that it gathers to improve the content of the Site and the quality of our Services, identify you as a user in our system, facilitate you in setting up and managing your Camaradly Account on the Site, provide you the Services, handle and receive payments for the Services, send you administrative e-mail notifications, such as security or support and maintenance advisories, and follow up on any enquiries, requests and complaints. We may also use your information to email you special offers on the Services or on other products and services we think you might like.

Camaradly also uses certain information using logging and cookies, such as your IP address, which can sometimes be correlated with personal information, for the above purposes and to monitor and analyze use of the Services, for the technical administration of the Services, to increase the functionality and user-friendliness of the Services, and to verify users have the authorization needed for the Services to process their requests.

Storage and transfer of data

Tintash, Inc. may share personal data with third parties and vendors that act as agents, business partners, consultants, and contractors (“Third Party Service Providers”) to perform tasks on behalf of and under our instructions such as technical support, client education, payment processing, analytics, and communication. Such third parties must agree to use such personal data only for the purposes for which they have been engaged by Tintash, Inc.

Security of data
Camaradly makes all efforts to pursue the standard security measures to help shield against the loss, exploitation, and alteration of the data we are in charge of. When the Site is accessed, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects information using both server authentication and data encryption to help ensure that data is secure and accessible only to you. Our services are hosted in a secure cloud environment to prevent access from intruders. However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot give an absolute guarantee of the security of our systems. In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.

    Camaradly would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the e-mail you receive or by contacting us directly (please see contact information below). Despite your indicated e-mail preferences, we may send you service related communications, including notices of any updates to our Terms of Use or Privacy Statement.

  2. Service Provider Opt Out

    You can opt-out directly from some Advertising Service Providers and providers of Tracking Tools by using their opt-out tools. If and when a standard is established, we may revise our policy on responding to these signals.

What are your data protection rights?
Camaradly would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Under certain circumstances, for example, where you are located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or if you are a California resident, you may have certain rights relating to your personal information provided for under applicable law, such as:

A Note about Children.
We do not intentionally gather personal information from visitors who are under the age of 16. If a child under the age of 16 submits personal information to Camaradly and we learn that the personal information is the information of a child under 16, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible.
