Check-in
  • When can I do a check-in?

Once every week. The window for a check-in resets every 7 days. If you have done 1 check-in that week, you can still save a draft for the coming week.

  • Who can view my check-ins?

Your managers and admins of the company account. For more information go to the top right dropdown arrow next to your name, and click on “Who has access”.

  • Are all check-in questions mandatory?

You can submit the check-in by just marking your mood for the week, which is mandatory. Work, People and Environment related fields are optional.

  • Why can’t I submit my check-in?

There could be several reasons for this. Relevant error messages should guide you to the solution. Here’s a list of use cases you may run into:

  • Field left empty. Always dismiss empty fields by pressing the red (-) on the top right corner if you initially opened one to fill it in.
  • Your check-in window for the week hasn’t opened yet.
  • You haven’t answered the mandatory question.
  • Where can I view my nourishers from?

View Nourishers by going to your records and clicking on the “Nourishers Received” stats on the top left.
